Here’s what happened last year: there were three Community Workshops hosted by the Townline Group of Companies. As a result of these workshops, a plan was developed and Fantasy Gardens was renamed “The Gardens”. We encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities to participate at the workshops and attend the official public hearing at the City of Richmond.

- A Plan developed as a result of the input of the Community Workshops, while Townline prepared and submitted a Rezoning Application to the City. The City will hold various statutory public meetings as part of the approval process including a formal public hearing typical of a rezoning process.
October 14, 2009 - Community Workshop 4
- Townline held a fourth Community Workshop in order to update the community on the plan and any modifications that have occurred as a result of the City review process.
